Grandson Edward, Cakes and afghan .....

Here's Edward above studying the leaflet from Bendigo woollen mills so he can help Nanna decide which yarn to purchase (what would I do without his expertise?) ^
Edward's first birthday cakes made by Aunty Jen...

At last completed and now adorning the lounge at Edward's house ...

It's fun making them, not such fun when it comes to putting together - but worth it when it's all complete ...

cheers .....
Hello Maree
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for your kind comments on my blog. Very much appreciated!
I cant believe a year has flown by already.
What a beautiful little Grandson you have here.
OOh I bet he is so interesting now at this age. Already taking an interest in your work too! I shall have to get one of these charts. I have seen a couple of Ladies now who have them.
Quite rare these days to get a chart of colours, everything done on the internet. baffles me how you tell the colours by looking at a photo on the net. Rather touch the yarn and look at the colours myself.
Have a good day Maree, and enjoy this little fella, beautiful Grandson.
Love Suex
Wish I had such a handsome consultant to help me pick my yarn! Your throw is beautiful. Look forward to seeing more! Come visit me when you get the chance camscrochet.blogspot.com
